During my recent visit to the hotel, I stayed for a business trip, which required easy access to the nearby upscale outdoor mall and varied dining options. The front desk staff was friendly and responsive, promptly addressing a minor maintenance issue in the room. The location off I95 made commuting hassle-free, and the proximity to dining establishments provided a convenient dining experience after a long day of work. The well-maintained room and breakfast buffet with a range of healthy options were definite highlights of the stay.

Always my choice! Helpful staff from day one. Perfect amenities: Wi-Fi, car park, and more. Ideal for romantic escape. No smoking, wheelchair access. Coming back for sure.

It was truly a wonderful stay in the Baltimore area, the hotel exceeded high expectations. The room was beautiful with sofa bed. Loved the restaurant in the overall service at the venue. Efficient check-in was a bonus.

The staff quickly addressed our needs, including providing a refrigerator and microwave. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and hot. Although the room was small, it was clean and ready for use. I recommend Hampton Inn.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decorations in the lobby and hallways. The soft lighting and comfortable seating areas made it easy for us seniors to relax and chat. The hotel's accessibility for us older folks was wonderful, with wide and well-lit hallways and easy-to-navigate elevators. It made our stay feel safe and comfortable.

I would ask for more assistance from the children working there with carrying luggage.

The hotel is conveniently located within a major shopping center, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. It's also close to a major interstate highway, making it easy to explore the area. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive experience.

Despite some positives, I would recommend this hotel.

We were able to easily visit the National Aquarium in Baltimore and the Orioles' Camden Yards ballpark. The free WiFi and outdoor pool were great for keeping the kids entertained, and the fitness center allowed my wife and I to stay active even during our family trip.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly TV channels available in the rooms.

I had a really amazing stay. I loved the outstanding food in the hotel. The room was non-smoking, with climate control, a writing desk and an ironing set.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the convenient location near I95 and the upscale outdoor mall within walking distance. The staff was friendly and responsive, promptly addressing any issues we had. The Brewery onsite offered great beer and surprisingly good pub food.

The hotel is also close to a great mall for some downtime. The room was comfortable and the toiletries provided were top-notch. I had a great stay at this hotel! Firstly, the location was perfect as it was right next to a huge shopping plaza and close to restaurants. It made it really convenient to explore and grab a bite to eat. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any questions or requests that I had. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed. I particularly liked that the rooms had a sofa bed, which was great for extra guests. Plus, having breakfast and Wi-Fi included was a nice bonus.

I stayed at Hampton Inn for my daughter's lacrosse tournament. The location was perfect, close to the mall, restaurants, and the interstate. We were pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel, as it is conveniently situated near a great mall and several restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with luxury bedding that made for a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including waffles, pancakes, sausage, and hot oatmeal with toppings. The hotel also had a gym and an outdoor pool, although we did not have a chance to use them. we felt we got more than we paid for.

One disappointing aspect was the lack of fruit available during breakfast, which seemed to be a result of the staff not replenishing it regularly.

The bed was wonderful, providing privacy with separate rooms for the queen bed and sofa bed. The staff was amazing, always meeting my every need. Breakfast had many selections and was delicious. The room was clean.

After a restful night's sleep on the comfortable Cloud Nine beds at this hotel, I felt like I could conquer the world. The beds were so cozy that I woke up feeling like a superhero ready to take on the day's adventures.

Syrup for pancakes was dispensed in a pitcher instead of packets.
